Session Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is RESERVED for you. If you need to cancel an appointment WITHOUT A CANCELLATION FEE, a minimum advance notice of 48 hours is required. With a 24 hour cancellation there will be a cancellation charge of 1/2 your session fee and rescheduling of your appointment. If you cancel the same day, or are a "NO SHOW" on the day of your scheduled appointment, a charge equivalent to your regular session fee will be made. The voice mail system is available to take messages on an around the clock basis.
